Companion OS™ is an AI tool that teaches coping skills, helps you through difficult moments, and keeps you company. It is not therapy. It is not a diagnosis. It is something to try when you need a place to start.
Request accessWho it is for
This is for the parts of life that don't come with instructions. The decisions you keep circling. The mornings that feel too heavy. The seasons that ask more than you knew how to give. You don't need a label to be welcome here. A few examples of who finds it useful:
Companion OS does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace professional help. It teaches skills and keeps you company.
How it works
Use your invite code to create an account. Takes two minutes. Pilot capacity is small, so codes go out one by one to people who request access below.
Four short questions. In English, Finnish, or Estonian. Optional. More below.
In English, Finnish, or Estonian. In any form. A sentence is enough.
One step at a time. At your pace. No judgment.
18 conversation modes
Companion listens and responds in the way that fits the moment. Here are some examples of what that looks like.
I cannot start anything. I have been sitting here for an hour.
Focus Mode. Breaks the first step into something small enough to actually do
I am overwhelmed and I cannot breathe.
Calm Mode. Slows things down, grounds you in the present moment
I keep going in circles with this decision.
Decision Mode. Helps you see the options clearly and find your own answer
I need to understand this article but nothing is going in.
Study Mode. Breaks the content into the smallest useful pieces
I am having a craving and I do not know what to do.
Steady Mode. Helps you wait it out. The feeling always passes
Someone keeps crossing my limits and I do not know how to say stop.
Boundary Mode. Helps you name the limit and find the words
These are 6 of 18 modes. The full list:
Calm, Mindfulness, Steady, Reality Check, Focus, Planning,
Decision, Reflection, Boundary, Daily Companion, Study, Read, Listen, Express, Feedback, Habit and Aim,
Relationship, and Help.

Impact survey
These questions are not about scoring you. They are about understanding whether the tool actually makes a difference in daily life. Not just whether it feels nice to use.
Each question is rated 1 to 5, from Rarely to Almost always.
The same four questions appear again at the four-week mark, with one more added: Overall, I feel more steady and grounded in my daily life than I did a month ago. Your answers are anonymous and go directly into shaping the next version of Companion OS.
The pilot
Four weeks of access. One week grace period after. No rush.
Small because I am one person. I want to read every message, follow up with each tester during the four weeks, and have a real conversation at the end. If the pilot is full, you can still reach out. I will let you know what is possible.
Your feedback shapes what comes next.
I will reach out personally. I want to hear what worked, what did not, and what you wish Companion had known about you from the start.
Transparency
Want to verify this yourself? The code is open source. Read the README on GitHub →
Request access
No long forms. Just your name, email, and what brings you here. I read every message myself.

If you work with people in vulnerable situations, Companion OS can be part of what you offer them. That includes social services, rehabilitation, mental health support, education, and corrections. Organizations pay per seat. The people you serve get free access.
If your context isn't on this list and the pattern still fits, get in touch. The architecture and safety approach transfer. The rest is built for your context.
